I believe every woman should feel confident and empowered to make healthful choices, trust her body, and feel comfortable in her own skin. I’ve been where you are; trying every new diet, pushing myself through workouts I didn’t enjoy, undereating, bingeing, and overtraining only to feel drained and discouraged at the lack of physical and mental results. My journey led me to become a dietitian, driven by my passion to guide and educate you on how to nourish your body, find balance in food and movement, and build a lifestyle you truly love.

I created Nourish/d Wellness to give women something diets don’t: a realistic, supportive, science-rooted path to feeling good in their body again.
After years of seeing women struggle with low energy, bloating, burnout, and weight that just wouldn’t budge, despite doing everything right, I knew the answer wasn’t another diet or food rule. It was a deeper, more integrative approach.
At Nourish/d, we focus on rebuilding your metabolism, supporting your gut and hormones, and helping you understand what your body is truly asking for- through food, movement, and nervous system support. No extremes. No obsession. Just a return to balance and strength.
This isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about getting back to the basics, your foundation, and creating habits that actually work for your life. When you stop fighting your body and start working with it, everything changes.
